COAH is dedicated to research that will prevent disease and disability and improve the health and well-being of older adults. It seeks to foster interdisciplinary research and to train the next generations of research leaders essential to important discoveries for prevention and health promotion for an aging population, and to translate these results so that they improve the health status of older adults.
