Submission of new journals for selection to LILACS Brazil

Submission period: July 1 to 31, 2023

For submission of the journal to the LILACS Brazil Journal Selection and Evaluation Process, we request that you complete and send the documentation via the LILACS Journal Selection and Evaluation Platform (https://avaliacao.lilacs.bvsalud.org) in the period from 01 to 31 July.

Documentation to be provided:

1. aptitude checklist – pre-assessment for LILACS indexing;
2. download and fill in the evaluation form with data from the journal and articles to be evaluated;
3. questionnaire / form used for the analysis and approval process of the manuscripts (peer review process);
4. three (03) latest issues published, at least one of which must be from the current year.

Journals that do not fully meet the LILACS Journal Selection Criteria will not be included in the process.

IMPORTANT: Journals in the areas of Nursing and Dentistry are evaluated by the coordination of the respective thematic VHL.
