In yet another action of the Fesima Project, the editors that are part of the Portal of Scientific Journals of the State Department of Health of São Paulo, had the opportunity to participate in a meeting with Denise Peres, from the SciELO Indexing Unit.

This meeting aimed at a pre-assessment of the three Portal journals that are closest to the criteria required for submission to SciELO. During the meeting, several guidelines were given in order to prepare the journals for submission.

As a result of the Fesima Project, scientific journals at SES/SP are undergoing a process of adapting to trends in open science, with specific consultancy, aimed at increasing visibility and allowing inclusion in relevant indexes.
